ABOUT ME

Hi, I am Dr. Erusha Kumar, PhD, as a trained coach, I am devoted to guiding individuals and couples towards purpose, healing, and authentic connection. With a Doctorate in International Psychology specializing in Trauma, a Master's in General Psychology specializing in Children & Adolescents, and a Bachelors in Clinical Psychology, I bring a deep understanding of the human mind and heart to every aspect of my work.

Throughout my career, I have focused on the psychological impact of trauma, gender-based violence, conflict, and supporting survivors in reclaiming their sense of self and safety. Having walked my own journey of healing, I understand first-hand the courage it takes to move from pain to peace. My lived experience fuels my passion for helping others rebuild not only their lives, but also their sense of purpose and belonging.

My coaching practice integrates the wisdom of Ikigai - the Japanese philosophy of 'reason for being' - to help clients uncover what truly gives their life meaning. My approach supports clients in aligning their values, relationships, and passions with intentional action, fostering sustainable growth and authentic joy.

I believe that every person has the capacity to turn their plan into purpose. Through my work, I hope to continue to inspire others to live with intention, nurture deeper connection, and rediscover fulfillment in all areas of life.

Our practice values confidentiality, respect, and empathy, ensuring a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.
